When I think of Bob Gambone, I think of true passion and leadership with results. In the past, I’ve been in three different coaching relationships, but none compare to what I have received in such a short period of time with Coach Bob.

Bob passionately has had me reach for my passion in a deeper way. Often other coaches use “one size fits all” without getting to what really works for me as an individual. Bob is not that kind of a coach. He is a great listener, example and model who takes the time to understand what my business and I am all about. He thus offers great insight into what will help my business move ahead for me. And of course, how can anyone else, let alone a coach, help me with leadership when it is not displayed first?

Well, Bob Gambone does a great job of being the leader he is helping me reach. I have certainly “up-ed my business game” with Bob’s coaching. Since working with Bob, others around me have noticed and commented on the business leadership growth they have seen in me. All of that leads to results. With Bob, it is not “let’s try this on” or “same cookie-cutter” for all. No, he is effective, precise and intuitive in his coaching ending in results that have taken me to a new place in my business.

I don’t think you truly appreciate the things you’ve learned in life until you see their significance in practice. My coaching sessions with Bob Gambone were intriguing and insightful at the time, but when I really understood their impact was when I noticed myself putting those skills into use.
Bob addressed both my strengths and weaknesses. He built confidence while giving constructive criticisms. His experience and professionalism gave him the perspective that allowed him to pose thought provoking questions on current and future scenarios so I was able to be proactive to situations instead of reactive.
